You will provide comprehensive support to our employees and managers and work on various HR initiatives and projects. Even our local HR team is small, you will become a member of a larger - cluster HR team. The core of your job will be:
Compensation & Benefits
•Administration of all benefits, policies and related systems
•Provides support and consultancy in compensation related queries to employees
•Rewards projects deployment, works closely with deployment and rewards team
•Administration of bonuses, including reporting
•Cooperation and communication with external services providers

Onboarding, Offboarding
•In charge of delivery of high quality pre-onboarding and on-boarding process and leverage for further process/quality improvement
•Plans and executes HR introduction training and other mandatory trainings according to legislation and local practice
•Ensures a new hire adaptation plan is prepared by a line manager and checks on probationary period completion and appraisal is completed
•Offboarding process
•Regular and on time internal communication on new hires and leavers to relevant peers involved in process

Health, safety and fire protection
•Organize an occupational work service audit according to legal requirement
•Monthly reporting
•Communication with an external services vendors
•Follow up on compliance with relevant legislation, and secures internal policies are in place and updated

D&I ambassador & Employer branding ambassador
•Lead ad promote D&I on country level – building awareness, internal communication and local actions deployment
•Lead and promote actions linked to employer o choice, female and young generation hiring with cooperation with the TA team, including EB annual calendar content and cover EB on social media

HR data administration
•Data entry of relevant HR data and changes in cooperation with HR services
•Ensures desired HR data quality is met
•Preparation of HR guidelines and policies, communication to employees
•HR reporting

HR projects - e.g. learning, digital, HR services..

Personality requirements and skills

• Bc. or Master degree in Human resources, Business administration or Psychology
• Minimum 2 years of experience in various HR areas (e.g. administration, labor code, onboarding, training, performance management, HR tools and processes….)
• Experience in solving and leading complex topics or HR projects
• Solid knowledge of Slovak Labor code
• Able to work independently with self-confidence and build trust and good relationship with peers and major stakeholders
• Give hand approach, give proposals for improvements, dare to disrupt mindset, customer focus
• Good communication, organization, planning skills, self motivation
• Very good affinity to digital tools, quick learner
• Microsoft Excel – advanced
