Job description, responsibilities and duties
The responsibilities of this position will be to support the growth and competency of the worldwide service sales efforts in the after sales market. Thereby, you will develop into a successful market development specialist in all operative regards, and support our management and sales teams step by step, in the strategic and commercial aspects of our customer requirements. You will support our services throughout internal and external market research, analyses, presentation and position it on an international level. You will contribute to build up a network of potential business partnerships. Regular strategy discussions help the successful implementation of the project and will round off your role.
• Explore internal and external business relevant data
• Capture and formulate reporting needs
• Support our service sales worldwide
• Support our customer service management, in the strategic aspects of our customer requirements.
• Create and maintain an online based dashboard landscape
• Ensure data migration and maintenance of business data in our CRM and ERP
• Prepare and maintain scorecards of our sales regions
• Prepare and create reports on market analysis, competitor analysis and market trends
• Train stakeholders and users
• Identify more efficient procedures in offering our products.
• Carry out analysis and produce reports monthly, or as required
• Get in touch with our internal and external clients at regular intervals in order to identify new business requirements and opportunities
• Participate in the development of new project proposals and new marketing strategy
• Participate in the evolution of the service portfolio
• Contribute to long-term marketing plans and strategies
• Progressively manage an opportunity pipelines in our DB

• Basic knowledge in analytical tool usage
• Basic experience to craft and maintain dashboards in (Tableau, Qlikview, Burst or Power BI)
• Basic understanding to work with data sets (object-wise and relational)
• Basic value chain and economic knowledge
• Advanced understanding to work with databases (object- and relational)
• Advanced user knowledge of MS Excel and text base data files (XML, PDF, TXT etc.)
• English language at business level (written/spoken). Every other language is an advantage
• Technical knowledge about UPS systems & industry is a plus
• Knowledge of Siebel and SAP is a plus
