Job description, responsibilities and duties

For each project the PM manages the execution from the receipt of order up to the project closure in the allotted time. He strictly must comply with the project execution process phase.

- Manage international projects or programs above 5M€, to meet 4 main objectives:
- Customer satisfaction and project profitability
- Successful project execution to fulfill scope, specification compliance and schedule
- Efficient project control and monitor including appropriate risk management

- building the project team considering all aspects of the project
- responsibility for project workload plan
- ensuring functional management of the team, defining objectives to project team members
- confirmation of budget and profitability
- scheduling of project milestones
- preparation of project management plan
- risk analyses
- responsibility for project execution according to valid contract
- customer satisfaction
- project revenues
- site meetings
- responsibility for project profitability, monitoring expenses, taking actions to comply with budget
- preparation of reporting

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Number of years of experience


Personality requirements and skills

- Engineer or Business school master
- 5+ years experience in Project Management (within the electrical distribution field)
- Knowledge of functional Management with a multi-jobs team
- Proficient in planning tools (e.g. MS Project)
- Reporting at the good level and frequency
- Knowledge SAP project module
- Customer Relation Management
- Detection of new projects or needs
- English language is a MUST

- Well organized personality able to work without permanent supervision
- High commitment to work, proactive approach and flexibility, Goal-oriented & reliability
- Customer approach, team spirit and good communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of contractual and legal aspects of the project
- Experience and understanding of project risk management/mitigation techniques
- Open for international business trips
