Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Deputy PM / Planning expert will have the double responsibilities to be part of Customer projects teams, and to animate a planner community, spreading the planning good practices.

Global Customer Projects Operations missions are to manage large, complex and international Solutions for worldwide customers. One of the main challenges of these international and complex Projects is schedule management, which determines payment milestones and liquidated damages.

As a Planning expert:
* Be the owner of planning processes
* Spread planning good practices in the different regions, build a local relays network
* Animate planning trainings (detailed for planner, high-level for PM/BM)

As a member of a customer project team, in direct collaboration with the Project Manager:
* Follow and update the budget
* Build and follow the schedule
* Manage the documentation flow
* Animate the risk analysis
* Animate and coordinate internal follow-up meetings
* Prepare the customer reporting
* Prepare and follow the application of the processes
* Organize and animate lessons learnt

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

From 1 600 EUR, depends on relevant skills and experience

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Personality requirements and skills

* Engineer or Business school master
* Min 6 years of work experience, min. 3 years as Project Management
* Planning expertise
* Language: English fluent, another language as a plus
* Tools Microsoft Project and Primavera, SAP as a plus
* Skills: Communication, Customer oriented, Leadership, Proactivity, Goal-oriented & reliability
* Well organized personality able to work without permanent supervision
* High commitment to work, proactive approach and flexibility
* Open for international business trips – 20%
