Job description, responsibilities and duties


Finance support function for large international project execution.


Provide, during the execution phase of a customer project, support, dealing with financial and contractual topics.

-Key responsibilities:

• Implement customer contract and purchase orders dealing with :

o Invoicing the customer (commercial and shipping invoices)
o Contract follow up : understand the duties and implement the contractual obligations linked to the position
o Hedging of contract : mitigate the foreign exchange risk linked to contracting in different currencies.
o Bank guarantees : Prepare, submit and manage customer bank guarantees up to final release
o Tax : For complex projects manage VAT registration abroad and/or participate to Permanent Establishment set up.
o Credit management : securing payments dealing with credit insurance and letters of credit in collaboration with banks and brokers.
o Insurance : implement project insurances when needed

• Project execution team support : In close relationship with the project manager and project team , review and highlight the financial risks and administrative obligations as per the contract. Alert and make sure the guidelines and rules are respected

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

from 1700 € depends on experience of the candidate

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Experience

Experience in Contract Administration, international trade and/or finance
Experience in Customer Project & Services environment

• Skills requirement

• Language requirements

Fluent English mandatory
