Job description, responsibilities and duties

Administrative assistant ensure different adminitrative and assistant tasks to support team and cooperates with other departments.

* Administrative and organizational support for office (invoices and orders processing in the internal system, work with SAP, etc.)
* Order regular office supplies, work and protective equipments
* Communication and cooperation with other team members, HR and reception of SE SK
* Support for business trips (reservation and purchase of flight tickets, hotel booking and similar)
* Co-ordination in handling administrative entry issues for new employees and ongoing administrative matters
* Provide general support to visitors (reservation of hotels, refreshments, taxi transfers, etc.)
* Translations from / to French and English
* Organization of cultural, sport and team events
* Support for other technical requirements of employees
* Performance of further unspecified tasks, as required by the company, in accordance with manager’s instructions

Personality requirements and skills

* Pleasant behavior, flexibility, able to work independently, positive and constructive approach to problem solving, able to operate general office equipment
* Driving license of group B and ability / skill to drive a motor vehicle
* Advanced oral/written communication in Slovak and English, French will be a plus
* Experience with office management and administration practice - additional qualification as an Administrative assistant will be a plus
* Completed secondary / university education
* Excellent communication and Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
* Ability to work in a big team
