Quality Engineer

With the close cooperation with Operations and another relevant department:
1. Customer Claim Handling - Coordinate/Facilitate Problem solving-SPSP to ensure customer is satisfied with proper lead time and quality of response, customer communication related to claims, claim tracking
2. Claim data analysis
3. Handling Nonconformities - Support and control that containment, corrective and preventive actions are implemented, verified and validated (8D/SPSP)
4. Change Products & Processes/INDU - Ensure process is followed and quality tools are used with respect to overall change management process, support industrialization of new products and product changes to meet ON specifications.
5. Manufacturing Process - act as a facilitator to make sure quality tools are used in all relevant manufacturing processes and that the tools are used in the right way
6. Manufacturing Process Audit - Control that the quality control points are established and maintained in the factory and executed according to the Control Plan
7. Participate in the Continuous Improvement process to support the execution of quality related TIP projects
8. Act as an internal auditor
