Job description, responsibilities and duties

As "Customer Care and Export Specialist" you will be responsible for:
- coordination and follow-up of orders
- professional communication with customers (e.g. delivery dates, means of transport) and production
- order management and on-time delivery clarifications
- internal communication with technical department and logistics
- organizing customs declarations, export and import shipments
- coordination of forwarders
- work in SAP environment

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
