Industrialization - Mechanical Industrialization Engineer

Ensure the implementation of new products or changes within SC EU (internal and external suppliers) with the required level of cost, quality and service
Independently manage the product introduction project with all necessary stakeholders
Industrialization deliverables for project milestones
Assess potential new suppliers to assure that only the best become Schindler´s suppliers.
Production qualification readiness and processes, both at internal and external supply bases
Define production processes, equipments, material flows and production/manufacturing layouts for new or existing products with the required level of cost, quality and service
Implement and set-up production processes, equipments, jigs and workbenches.
Optimize and improve production cost by challenging : OEE, efficiency and make or buy.
Prepare and maintain the routings, standard times, time balancing and production instructions based on defined process
Independently manage the implementation in project mode with all necessary stakeholders
