Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for our new P&O colleague who will be a local partner of our team in Slovakia and who will be an active member of the International HR Community, spanning 14 countries.

• Managing data of all employees in personell system - e.g. uploading all data of new employee, updating all changes of meployees
• Issuing Working contracts, job descriptions, addundums, terminations
• Regular update of organigrams
• Preparing documents for Disciplinary actions, cooperation with external lawers
• Meal vouchers – ordering, invoic controll, cooperation with external provider, contracts, ensuring compliance with law,..
• Regular control of the periodicity of health examinations for employees according to individual groups
• Control of health service – certificates of employees responsible for first aid in workplace, ensuring the necessary measures, signing up for new courses etc.
• Cooperation with external health & safety company including Regular updates of contracts with external H&S company, ordering courses
• LMS – new employee, signing for trainings, deactivate employees, reports for managers and other departments
• Administration of attendance system – regular contact with external provider, reg. Updates in accordance with law or based on local requirements
• Monthly preparation of ducuments for payroll
• Support managers in all labour law topics
• Evidence of all necesary legaly required documents for payroll, eg. Attendance records, documents from doctors, etc,,
• Participation of regular audits
• Regular HR reports

• Flexible and hands on mentality
