Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for active sales planning (focus on Airfreight portfolio)
- Identification of new prospects and their potentials preferably in Air
- New accounts business development (hunting 90%)
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of new incoming clients (farming 10%)
- Ensure the correct and professional quality and service level through well understading of customer needs and requirements
-Negotiations of prices with new prospects/accounts in cooperation with customer service and in align with a company growth strategy
- Data management: compiling and analysing sales related figures, CRM reporting, pipeline management
- Key contact person in communication between customers and internal team

-Strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to solve practical business and basic math/analytical issues
- ongoing local travel to area businesses and client sites
- active driver (B licence)
