Your responsibilities

Job description, responsibilities and duties
  • Building a central multi-tenant based cloud data and analysis platform for parking business and solutions.
  • Concept, architecture, development and automation of data flows (ETL and ELT processes, Stream processing) in Data Lake and Data Warehouse.
  • Usage of State-of-the-Art and Open Source technologies in the AWS cloud (like Kafka, Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, Apache Spark Streaming, Data Lake, Apache Hive, Presto, AWS EMR, AWS Redshift).
  • Collecting structured and unstructured data from external and internal data sources.
  • Implementing appropriate systems to organize and model data.
  • Analysis and interpretation of data patterns, defining correlations and trends.
  • Improving data quality process.
  • Presenting results in reports and dashboards.
  • Domain and Behavior driven design approach.
  • Agile development process (define, build, test, deploy, run) in a team.
  • CI/CD process and test automation.
  • Usage of Data mining and Artificial intelligence to detect anomalies and make forecasts on business.

Your profile

  • Successfully completed bachelor’s or master’s degree education in IT or electrotechnical engineering field.
  • High interest in new technologies for data processing and analysis.
  • Experiences in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence or Big Data.
  • Advanced SQL skills and implementing data processing workflows (ETL, ELT).
  • Experiences in stream processing, Big Data and Cloud Services.
  • Programming skills Java and Python.
  • Experiences in BI-Tools and data visualization.
  • Very good written and spoken English.
  • German is an advantage.
  • Team player, self-organized, analytical, target orientated.
