Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are searching for a person who would help SAS Service Delivery management in Slovakia and Czech Republic with operational and administrative tasks connected with their day-to-day work. If you are a passionate helper who enjoys exact, well-defined and support tasks or you are interested in understanding how a project management office operates so you can grow into a project manager role in the future, this might be your next opportunity.

What you will do:
- Prepare inputs for monthly review with regional management, monthly team meetings and for quarterly business reviews with regional management
- Standardize documents and templates connected with daily operation of Service Delivery department (for example project plans, meeting minutes, price calculations, weekly project reports, steering committees,..)
- Prepare acceptation protocols, update project plans based on ad hoc situation development, prepare and update consulting allocation plans
- Organize and administrate regional knowledge sharing sessions (online) with the respective members of SAS service delivery team
- Administer team timesheets (weekly) as well as holiday spend, KPI reports (monthly)
- Prepare analysis of non-paid project activity broken down to respective SAS customers (monthly)
- Calculate project profitability after project closure
- Archive and keep all service delivery documentation up to date
- Monitor continuous training activities of Service Delivery team members and communicate the progress to the corporate

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

What you will need:
- Proactive attitude and genuine interest in day-to-day operations of a project management office
- Accuracy, common sense and flexibility
- Active listening and good interpersonal skills
- Solid experience with MS Office package (focus on Excel, Word, Power Point and MS Project)
- Fluent English
- Previous experience with project management is highly appreciated
