Marketing / Office Assistant

• Managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Creating engaging content using Canva and AI tools
• Assisting with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Preparing email campaigns and marketing materials
• Updating websites and landing pages (WordPress/Shoptet)
• Assisting with online presentations, training sessions, and community-building activities
• E-shop administration and support
• Assisting with office administration and ad-hoc daily tasks
• Supporting communication, organization, and the overall operation of the office
• Working closely with company management on marketing and business activities
• Performing all tasks related to the business activities of SARA DESIGN, s.r.o.

• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of social media marketing
• Experience with Canva, AI automation tools, Meta Ads, or Google Ads is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of WordPress or website management
• Creativity, responsibility, and a proactive approach
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience in Network Marketing is an advantage
