Sanofi CHC is a #1 OTC company in CZ and SK with the presence in 4 key global categories (Cough and Cold, Pain, Digestive Health, Vitamins and Minerals Supplements). CHC portfolio includes a number of leading historical brands such as Paralen and Ibalgin that are one of the most recognized products in CZ and SK market.

The Digital Marketing Specialist supports CZ and SK Brand Marketing teams in the development of digital activations and digital plan execution, with the aim scale digital presence and a to create a step-change in the effectiveness and efficiency of brand activations in the digital space. They execute the implementation of activation plans, with the support of media and digital agencies and guided by Brand/Digital manager, develop digital assets and accelerate best in class e-commerce visibility for all supported CHC Brands.

Key responsibilities:

  • Social media CHC Sanofi FB/IG account – own process of community management, build and manage Knowledge Base (FAQ) for community manages
  • Maintenance of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube brand accounts
  • Execute validated content plans together with digital agency, Content management - account structure maintenance including uploads of videos, text optimization (SEO) a hyperlink to e-commerce,
  • FAQ - keeping up to date knowledge base for community managers
  • Web maintenance - brief all content changes to keep websites updated
  • Precision Marketing Assets – providing and tracking the delivery of creatives for a digital campaign, tailor-made variations to digital touchpoint based on an approved master format (Video/Banner/Posts/PR article, Native Ads) - ownership of the validation process
  • Digital Asset Library Management (DAM) - upload and update all available digital assets for all Sanofi CHC Brands in one cloud platform (ownership of DAM platform)
  • Performance tracking - organize status call with agencies based on running digital projects, understand and use all reporting/analytics tools set informed briefs for variations of digital assets

Job Requirements:

  • Overall +2 years of work experience with +2 years working knowledge and experience of marketing and digital marketing channels
  • Minimum qualifications of a bachelor’s degree
  • Master of English (written & spoken) language and Czech or Slovak language is a must
  • Analytical capabilities, and passion for extracting insights from data
  • Prior data and analytical experience, and experience with data from GA, FB BM, Google Ads
  • Strong project management skills, including animation of cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work collaboratively and constructively in a cross-functional, multicultural environment
