The main goals of CE Cluster HR Business Partner are to implement HR Policies and programs, to support leaders in all people and organization related matters and labor relations across the Cluster in his/her function. HRBP is responsible for legal & social compliance; faces local management and employees.

Person on this position will be reporting to Cluster HR Business Partner.

Place of work: Bratislava or Prague or Budapest.

Key responsibilities:

  • Contributing to the implementation of the Cluster TA strategy through proactively addressing GBU/GF talent needs and capabilities gaps, closely partnering with Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment Hub;
  • Leading performance and compensation cycle for GBU/GF across the Cluster. - Coaching and supporting business leaders;
  • Together with business leaders building TM agenda for GBU/GF across the Cluster;
  • Coaching & supporting business leaders in driving cultural transformation, serving as a change agent;
  • Translate business units needs across the Cluster into HR priorities, contribute to the Cluster business and Human Capital road maps;
  • Advise business leaders on people-related issues across the Cluster, closely partnering with other Cluster HRBPs;
  • Performance and Compensation Management: Lead performance and compensation cycle for business units across the Cluster. Coach and support business leaders accordingly to advance individual performance and to ensure alignment with global process guidelines;
  • Together with business leaders building Talent Management agenda for GBU/GF across the Cluster;
  • Build internal and external network, ensure effective collaboration at different levels of organization.

Essential requirements:

  • University degree in any related field;
  • 3 years of experience in Human Resources including 2 years of experience in HR cooperation with business is a must;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience on the position of HR Business Partner;
  • Basic knowledge of labor law;
  • Experience in pharma industry is a must;
  • Fluent knowledge of English is a must;
  • One of the CE languages fluent is a must;
  • Ability to work in international organization and matrix structure;
  • Demonstrate advisory capabilities with ability to influence and facilitate change;
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with all teams (local and regional) and establish a collaborative team culture;
  • Adapting communication style to meet the needs of the business while being result-driven;
  • High business acumen, customer focus, priority setting;
  • Ability to translate business requirements into workable/ actionable solutions;
  • Openness to changes and flexibility;
  • Be ambitious in learning and developing yourself;
  • Good sense of humor in a busy workday.
