Job description, responsibilities and duties
Clinical Supply Chain Project Manager is responsible for overall coordination and success of assigned project(s). He/she manages the material, system and financial resources to provide services within a designated project scope of work. He/she manages communication with Sponsor’s or Client’s representatives and internal/external Depots. Invoicing. In details:
Serves as main project contact with Sponsor/Client to ensure adequate project communication; manages all communications regarding timelines, project specific deliverables with the Sponsor/Client and project reporting.
Conducts regular project review meetings, development of action plans and their follow-up, leads start-up meetings.
Ensures all clinical supply chain projects are executed in compliance with international and local guidelines/regulations and SOPs.
Keeps control of project timeliness and targets. Makes regular risk assessment / risk management to avoid any delays in clinical project related timeliness.
Manages project materials in the inventory management system.
Assists project budget and site agreement/budget negotiation process including preparation of financial and activity forecasts for capacity planning.
Prepares project invoices and sends to CEO for approval.
Participates in selection and communicates with vendors.
Coordinates the development of project specific documents and procedures. Prepares/reviews, as delegated, study-specific documents.

Personality requirements and skills
At least two (2) years of practical experience in the pharmaceutical business.
Proven track record with the usage of process improvement tools.
Experience with Inventory Management Systems. Knowledge of Electronic Data Capture.
Knowledge of general and operational characteristics of technical equipment and shipping containers used at warehouse.
Project Management Certification is preferred.
Ability to drive (even long distances).
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
Strong cross-functional leadership, project management, and change management skills.
Possess professional demeanor in telephone contacts and face-to-face communication with sponsors//business partners/ regulatory authorities/ vendors in order to defense SanaClis business interests.
Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills. Able to express complex ideas. Able to work remotely in international teams. Confident in communication.
Consistent and reliable in numbers.
Good social and cooperation skills, able to support others, able to ease communication in teams. Ability to ease communication in stressful situations.
