Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a Budget and Proposal Development Associate to strengthen our team!
The ideal candidate should be based in Bratislava, Slovakia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in preparation of R P process for clinical trials and supply chain management. Configure an efficient and competitive budget for proposals.
- Monitor both ongoing and newly initiated projects and maintain up-to-date status entries in the project list.
- Create billing trackers, follow, and insert performed services
- Support teams of cross-functional/department experts in proposal budget management, and in the crafting of strategic strategies
- Thoroughly examine the RFP documents to ensure a clear understanding of client requirements and organize all technical written materials accordingly.
- Effectively manage the budget development lifecycle from customer need identification, through proposal preparation and submission.

Personality requirements and skills
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good mathematics skills and the ability to utilize fundamental principles of accounting and finance.
- Show an understanding of the CRO and clinical supply chain services, encompassing familiarity with clinical trial processes and procedures, to guarantee the development of a suitable budget for incorporation into the proposal.
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently, with a desire to take initiative and ownership over tasks.
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing business needs and requirements.
