Most important job of this position is communicating with Customer for customer satisfaction. It is highly recommened to have communication skill with others and certain level of quality concept.

[English communication]
Samsung is one of global company in the world. So, it is necessary to communicate with other global employees.

[Skill of making documents]
The skill of Microsoft office (Ex : PPT, Excel) is necessary for this position. Once you apply to our company(Samsung Semiconductor), we need your previous experience regarding making document skills when you were in university or other companies.

[Analysis the product]
Sometimes we need to analysis the product for customer satisfaction. We already have technical member in our office. Once you apply this job position, we will share the new experience. If you want to apply this job, you will have a chance to learn Samsung product.
It is appreciated that you have certain level of engineering background.
