We’re a small but rapidly growing Shared Services Center (SSC) in Bratislava, and we’re looking for a new colleague to join our team as Billing Specialist. 

If you have experience in billing, accounting, and financial reporting, and enjoy working in a collaborative and supportive environment, we’d love to have you on board!

What you’ll do

As a Billing Specialist, you’ll be a key player in managing our billing process, ensuring that all financial data is accurate and up to date. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing supplier invoices accurately in our internal systems
  • Verifying and resolving discrepancies in invoices
  • Managing the payment process for all supplier invoices
  • Collaborating with logistics service providers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Using MS Excel to analyze data and generate reports
  • Assisting with monthly closing activities


We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting, billing, or financial reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent Slovak and intermediate English (B2) – both spoken and written
  • Detail-oriented with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
