Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you have experience in HR (in hiring) and  do you think it could be your future career pathway? We are looking for motivated, well-organized member of our HR department who will be responsible for daily support of HR and office processes in Bratislava team of colleagues and be a support for recruitment of new colleagues.

The main responsibilities :
* provide support to employees in HR topics (annual leaves, attendance, application of the benefit system, organizing company events, work trips, trainings, etc.),
* organize procurement for the purchase of office goods and services,
* develop relationships with suppliers
* support of recruitment process from the beginning to final job offers to candidates,
* participation in onboarding of new employees,
* coordination and support of the development of newly created departments,
* prepare reports, analysis, documents, and presentations,
* preparation of documents for the financial department (approvals, checking invoices for the purchase of office supplies),
* cooperation with managers and other departments,

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
