Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Communicate with Samsung sales offices and Logistics Service Providers (LSP)
- Communicate with EEDC other departments (Packing Center, Cost & Claim, Security, FG Control Tower team, RPM, HR, IT)
- Customer service towards sales offices includes problem-solving activity
- Providing daily outbound list for Logistics Service Providers
- Logistics operations (Container shipments to 3rd countries, Ad-hoc transport, E-com logistics)
- Checking the status of the created delivery orders (communication with Logistic Service Provider and sales offices): WH preparation, loading, transportation and documentation
- KPI management related to outbound
- Managing occurring express delivery requests
