Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Communicate with Customers and Logistics Service Providers (LSP)
- Customer service towards sales offices includes problem-solving activity
- Managing import/export FCL and LCL shipments form booking till final delivery (communication with Logistic Service Provider and Customer or other parties) processing, planning, loading, transportation and documentation
- Managing import/export FCL and LCL tracing reports – collecting, reviewing, updating logistics related information
- Reporting to Customers and for Internal Superiors
- Customer service towards sales offices includes problem-solving activity
