Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for optimizing supply chains and ensuring smooth operations in Mobile Logistics? Join our dynamic team as a Logistics Operation Manager and be at the heart of transforming how we deliver value to our customers!
Your main tasks will be:
1. OPERATION:
- Inbound & outbound operation
- Daily Inbound monitoring, check WH CAPA & manpower
- Daily Outbound monitoring, check WH CAPA & manpower for coming RTF (Return to forecast)
- Order line, RTF reporting & monitoring
- Setup weekly & monthly scheme for outbound delivery
- Support for the end of the month (monthly closing)
- Troubleshooting & risk sensing
2. STOCK CONTROLLING
- Monitoring New Item / European Measurement Centre / Etc (HS code)
- Manage damage, repacking, scrap, stock comparison and return
- Longterm pending in-transit & return stock management
- True Single SKU report, IMEI adjustment, Knox Guard
3. WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT
- High value warehouse self-audit
- Idle time management -> utilization
- Consumable management (pallet, box, airbag, etc)
4. PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
