Purchaser

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchaser to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective procurement of goods and services necessary for our operations.

• Responsible for procurement of spare packaging parts to support sales subsidiaries for turnover increase
• Manage spare parts supply from local and foreign sources
• Daily communication and negotiation with foreign subsidiaries
• Determine suitable parts required by sales department based on Bill of materials
• Generate and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Preparation of documents for packing and shipping, arrange delivery to subsidiaries
• Synchronize and coordinate works & activities with all other departments
• Monitoring of stock level & total inventory Mgmt.
• Data collection and reporting to manager and to all relevant departments
• Continual process improvement
