In Slovakia we are in an early stage of ambitious expansion plans in which the Sales Leader will play a crucial role and will be responsible for providing strategic, financial and operational leadership – therefore we are looking for an energetic, committed and goal – oriented team player. We have a clear vision, concrete plan and resources to approach the market. We are looking for an experienced sales professional who is ready to build and lead a strong multi-channel sales team and deliver results.
What will be your responsibility?
• Own and manage sales strategy and operations in Slovakia
• Set-up and scale sales agent network (hubs), telesales team, partnership network and key account management team operating across the country
• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
• Provide leadership over the sales department, lead the team and offer professional support and expert advice
• Work closely with the analytics team in undertaking detailed analyses of sales performance for the purpose of reporting sales strategy opportunities
We would like you to have:
• 5 or more years of experience in the sales leader role
• Data-driven analytical mindset
• Amazing negotiation and communication skills
• Team management experience
• Be an owner of your projects and proactively find solutions to business problems
• Be passionate about new technologies
