- Administration of current CRM system backoffice
- Point of Sales database maintenance
- Support Implementation of new CRM system in local market & communication with Commercial Planning
collegues from cluster & region
- Managing and adjusting CRM related processes in cooperation with your Manager and colleagues from Sales
department
- Supporting Sales colleagues in the usage of CRM tools and MS Office tools (power user)
- B2B newsletter management
You will have the opportunity to:

- MS Office - Intermediate level (Power Apps experience is an advantage)

- Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Consulting spirit and willingness to learn
