Job Opportunity: All-round Handyman/woman at Sagius Uitzenders , Netherlands

About the Role:
Do your hands create what your eyes see? We are looking for an all-round handyman/woman responsible for maintaining our SNF certified accommodations. As an All-round Handyman/woman, you will undertake various tasks that may arise in a house, ranging from painting to garden maintenance. Your duties are diverse and include simple electrical work, plumbing, central heating work, carpet laying, repairs, wall construction, curtain hanging, lock replacement, door hanging, fire safety, and cleaning. Additionally, you will assist in furnishing and clearing out homes.

Responsibilities:
Performing various tasks in and around homes.
Ensuring periodic maintenance and repairs.
Keeping track of performed tasks in the SIMA app.
Working independently and in a team.
Flexibility regarding working hours and travel distances.

Requirements:
Experience with various tasks such as painting, electrical work, plumbing, etc.
Self-starter with a hands-on mentality.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel within the assigned work area.
Good command of English and Dutch is preferred.
Possession of a driver's license B.
