Your profile:
- Fluent in French & English
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Customer Care, or other customer-facing roles
- Extensive knowledge of Finance and Accounting
- Direct and concise communication skills
- Proven track record in managing customer disputes
- High level of punctuality and attention to detail
- Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Capability to take initiative, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize workload
