Your agenda:

  • Spearhead the leasing process for the shopping center, meticulously orchestrating lease negotiations and drafting agreements in full compliance with leasing regulations
  • Foster enduring, symbiotic relationships with tenants through proactive communication and swift resolution of concerns
  • Upholding elevated customer service standards to guarantee their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
  • Innovate and execute dynamic marketing and promotional strategies tailored to attract and captivate shoppers
  • Bolstering the center's prominence in the market
  • Maintain vigilant oversight over the maintenance and upkeep of communal spaces, facilities, and amenities

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Advanced (C1)

Who will fit the top management profile we seek:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, preferably within mid-management roles in the property management or commercial real estate industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in leasing and negotiation, critical for overseeing high-level property transactions.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with fluent English proficiency
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently
  • Proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite and specialized property management software, vital for driving operational excellence
  • Familiarity with European market dynamics, zoning laws, leasing regulations, and environmental sustainability requirements, providing strategic insights for decision-making at the executive level
