Job description, responsibilities and duties
Financial Operations team of our client seeks a proactive Finance Analyst with a focus on customer service and attention to detail. The primary role involves handling and resolving queries about receivables and payments from their corporate clients. Additionally, you'll have opportunities to participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at process enhancement.

- Overseeing customer debts
- Credit collection operations
- Examining and tracking AR Aging Reports and collections objectives
- Addressing customer inquiries regarding invoices, investigating outstanding or disputed balances, and collaborating directly with customers to resolve concerns and rectify invoicing inaccuracies
- Harmonizing outstanding receivables with customers to ensure prompt and punctual AR collection
- Collaborating efficiently with all pertinent parties to ensure optimal customer service, particularly for customers encountering cash flow or internal challenges
- Cultivating trust with external and internal stakeholders/customers, fostering enduring relationships that uphold customer-centric approach and continually seeking avenues to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
- Collaborating with customers to enhance processes and address escalations and discrepancies
- Identifying, enhancing, and rectifying any issues within current collections procedures

- Previous experience in remote teams, being in contact with customers through phone and/or email
- Finance background or previous experience with finance is an advantage
