  • Be the Go-To Finance Expert: You'll serve as the primary point of contact for supplier finance queries, offering solutions and support that solidify our reputation as a partner of choice. Your expertise will not only resolve immediate concerns but also build lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Your day-to-day will involve close cooperation with various internal departments and finance teams within Italy. This collaborative approach is key to our success, ensuring timely and accurate payments through a unified effort.
  • Dive Deep into Financial Queries: With a hands-on approach, you'll tackle daily finance queries, diving deep into the details to resolve issues swiftly and efficiently. Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Italian - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Fluent Italian & English and additional European language (advantage)
  • Previous Account Receivables, Account Payable, Customer Care, or other customer facing work experience and extensive knowledge of Finance and Accounting
  • Direct and concise communication skillls and strong record of managing customers’ disputes
  • Ability to take the initiative, meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
