Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Planning and organizing the transportation of goods
  • Communication with suppliers, transport companies, and customs offices
  • Ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines and quality
  • Management and monitoring of logistics processes
  • Management of documentation and records related to transportation
  • Accurate recording of orders in the system
  • KPI reporting, preparation of reports according to the instructions of the superior

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in international transport coordination (at least 2 years)
  • English and Slovak language: proficient user for daily communication with clients
  • Ability to effectively organize and plan the transportation of goods and ensure its smooth running.
  • Strong computer skills-working with different software
  • Good knowledge of legislation and regulations related to international transport.
  • Ability to communicate with various suppliers/ carriers and ensure the most optimal mode of transport.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

University degree in transport or logistics is a plus.
