Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Grow business within the assigned territory and achieve individual and team sales goals
- Manage client expectations throughout the sales-delivery cycle and stay focused on details
- Build strong and long-term relationships with clients and partners to support the region's growth expectations, revenue, and margin targets
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders
- Acquire and build new business in global and complex markets
- Grow existing business into more meaningful relationships that drive significant revenue
- Provide high-quality customer support to your clients

Personality requirements and skills
- 3+ years of experience in sales/ business development
- Professional background related to the IT training industry
- Fluency in English - B2/ C1 level (written and spoken)
- German B2
- Relationship-building skills (people skills)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High energy, drive, and a positive attitude
