Job description, responsibilities and duties

For our client, an international production company, we are seeking an experienced Production Manager. Hands on personality, managerial experience, great communicator and team player.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Participating in forecast planning
  • Creating a machine/capacity planning and capacity report
  • Monitor finish and semi-finished products and warehouse stock
  • Providing daily/weekly productivity and planning indicators
  • Being responsible for maintenance coordination
  • Cooperating with production coordinator to solve problems and improve production efficiency
  • Working with the global manager for making decision and improve production capacity
  • Responsible for building maintenance, technologies and machines
  • Providing technical support for plotters, scanners, and printers
  • Acting as internal representative of environmental management
  • Creating documents for waste management and emissions

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing industry
  • Experience from the automotive industry is a plus
  • People management experience with ability to develop and motivate staff and teams to high
  • Experience with managing processes in production
  • English - level B2/C1
  • Strong management skills
  • Change management skills

  • Customer oriented
  • Excellent communicator - verbal, written
