Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a passionate and driven sales professional to join an internationally awarded IT training provider. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing enterprise/B2B client portfolio in order to increase sales as well as client satisfaction. You will cooperate with the strongest brand in the market. Therefore, we expect you to be well-mannered, professional, and customer-oriented with proven sales success in your previous career.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Grow business within the assigned territory and achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Manage client expectations throughout the sales-delivery cycle and stay focused on details
  • Build strong and long-term relationships with clients and partners to support the region's growth expectations, revenue, and margin targets
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders
  • Acquire and build new business in global and complex markets
  • Grow existing business into more meaningful relationships that drive significant revenue
  • Provide high-quality customer support to your clients

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

  • 3+ years of experience in sales/ business development
  • Professional background related to the IT training industry
  • Fluency in English - B2/ C1 level (written and spoken)
  • German language is a big advantage
  • Relationship-building skills (people skills)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High energy, drive, and a positive attitude
