We are looking for a smart, customer-oriented & communicative help desk specialist to become a new part of the dynamic Support team which provides support and consulting to the company clients worldwide. In this role you will help clients via live chat or other channels with:
- Answering technical questions about the company´s products and solutions
- Diagnosing and resolving various requests while ensuring their best user experience
- Helping them how to create reports, segmentations, campaigns or analyses in their internal projects

- Having an IT overview is a big advantage (algorithms, backend/frontend, etc...)
