Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you already have relevant experience or are you a fresh graduate and want to start your career as an IT Business Analyst? Grab this opportunity, and join a company's emerging Technical support team. In this role, you will handle coming tickets (related to web-applications software), investigate the issues and analyze the client´s needs, provide support and cooperate with other teams with a focus on clients´ positive experience.

Your role would be to:

  • Handle tickets coming from ticketing platform
  • Investigate, analyze and resolve occurred issues (in participation with other teams, if needed)
  • Support the clients, educate them and try to provide superior and professional service
  • Interact with individual clients to troubleshoot not only technical problems via the internal system, email, or phone

  • Analyze clients needs, investigate and discuss business requirement specifications with the development team and scope the changes if feasible
  • Assist in the costing and scoping of effort to implement customer requirements
  • Take ownership of tasks related to customer implementations or take on the role of a Project Manager
  • Participate in the User Acceptance Testing for updates in internal applications
  • Provide exceptional Application and Functional support to the company´s clients through the ticketing system
  • Cooperate with Customer Relationship Managers and communicate problematic trends and issues with the CRM team
