Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our client, the world's largest online retailer, is currently looking for a Senior Tax Analyst. Become a part of a team with primary focus on tax reporting for legal entities located in Central Eastern Europe. Your responsibilities will be:
  • Prepare non-US income tax returns and other foreign tax filings
  • Prepare estimated tax payments
  • Support income tax accounting and reporting under US-GAAP
  • Support local income tax payments
  • Improve and help with automation implementation throughout tax process
  • Support ASC 740/foreign local quarterly and annual tax provision calculations
  • Prepare standard operating procedures for review and approval by management

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in tax, accounting, finance, or related field
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience working in tax
  • Business fluent in English
  • Other languages (German, French) are a plus
