Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for Polish speaking candidates for our client, strong leasing company in Bratislava. If you have Polish on a very active level and at the same time you speak German or French, be sure to let us know about yourself (you do not need to speak Slovak). Work experience is not required for the position, although it may be an advantage if you have worked in a position with customers.

Key responsibilities:
  • to communicate with business customers by phone and email (passive line = you will not be selling anything)
  • to provide support and advise in dealing with the situation that occurs with the client (e.g. vehicle accident = advise the client how to proceed)
  • to cover contact with authorities, insurance companies or services in different countries within Europe
  • arrange delivery of the new vehicle to the responsible person at the client
  • manage driver assistance services on the client side

  • Active language skills: Polish
  • in case you do not speak Slovak/Czech, you need to speak German or French or Hungarian actively (in case you are fluent in Slovak/Czech, then English+ Polish + Slovak/Czech is enough :)
