Metrologist/Field Engineer

- You define adjustment tolerances in order to guarantee the required precision
- You draw up procedures to adjust and measure calibers as efficiently as possible
- You think proactively about measurement principles and pass on improvement proposals to engineering
- You adjust and measure calibers (mainly with a Leica Laser Tracker)
- You report the measurement results in a clear and uniform format
- You verify the measurement results and import them into customer machines
- You calibrate and validate the measurement accuracy of customer machines
- You support customers or external parties in (re) measuring their calibers
- You are responsible for the impartial and confidential execution of measurements in the lab, production and at customers under the authority of the lab in the context of ISO17025 and ISO9001
