Job description, responsibilities and duties

• End user technical support (employees)
• Solving the requirements entered in the internal system
• HW preparation and installation for new employee
• Set up and check the functionality of multifunction printing device
• Participation in the deployment of new systems
• Optimization of internal IT processes
• Maintenance and setup Kerio Connect (Kerio MailServer), Kerio Control (Firewall), Kerio Operator (PBX)
• Windows Server Maintenance and Settings - DNS and Active Directory

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Hungarian - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• High school/University education of technical field
• General technical knowledge of IT services, knowledge of ITSM processes
• Advanced, communicative knowledge of English and Hungarian
• Experience with managing new software implementation processes
• Knowledge of Helios
• Proactive access to the committed agenda and shared responsibility for the overall level of support for the delivery of ICT services
• Professional communication in oral and written form, autonomy within the entrusted area
• Consistency and diligence in the processing of individual tickets
• Loyalty, analytical thinking
