Location: Work remotely in any country

Language: You must speak fluent German/Czech/Hungarian and English.

Salary: Up to 1900 EUR (gross) monthly depending on experience.

As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our technology-focused clients. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in recruiting technical positions and be familiar with various sourcing techniques and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for the role and organization.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to attract top talent.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates.
Participate in recruiting events and job fairs to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruiting.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of two years of experience in IT recruiting, with a focus on technical positions such as developers, engineers, and architects.
Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Passion for technology and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the industry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
