RSC Raiffeisen Service Center GmbH is a Shared Service Center within the Raiffeisen Banking Group which provides a wide range of operational services in the financial sector. We are a dynamic Austrian Company with our headquarters in Vienna and our processing site in Bratislava.
- Preparation of contracts, contract talks and onboarding
- Administration of new employees, exits, contract changes, confirmations etc.
- Capturing and updating of employee data in HR system
- Preparation of data for external payroll
- Administration of Business trips
- Partly Recruitment (limited volume)
- Daily contact with teamleader and colleagues in Vienna
- A-Level or higher education
- Experience in HR administration and payroll issues
- English advanced level
- Reliable, flexible, communicative and
