HR Generalist

Your tasks

  • Preparation of contracts, contract talks and onboarding
  • Administration of new employees, exits, contract changes, confirmations etc.
  • Capturing and updating of employee data in HR system
  • Preparation of data for external payroll
  • Administration of Business trips
  • Partly Recruitment (limited volume)
  • Daily contact with teamleader and colleagues in Vienna

Your qualification

  • A-Level or higher education
  • Experience in HR administration and payroll issues
  • English advanced level
  • Reliable, flexible, communicative and
  • Ability to deal with stress
