RSC Raiffeisen Service Center GmbH is a Shared Service Center within the Raiffeisen Banking Group which provides a wide range of operational services in the financial sector. We are a dynamic Austrian Company with our headquarters in Vienna and our processing site in Bratislava.

Employee for IT Requirements Part time, 20 hours per week

Your tasks

• Interface functions for all IT requirements
• IT Service Management: problem, incident, change management
• Participation in IT projects
• Network support as well as end user support
• IT support in emergencies / crises
• Contact person for reception of Tatra Bank
• Hardware Management (documentation of PCs and Printers)
• minor repairs to various furniture (Mobile container, sliding door cabinet)
• smaller relocations (Change tables, set up mobile containers)
• technical support of the meeting rooms (Mobile partition, videoconferencing)
• Interface for requests (telephony, furniture, whiteboard, etc.)

Your qualification

• Very good English knowledge (oral and written)
• IT knowledge
• communicative personality
• Accuracy and analytical skills
• Flexible working times
