Team Leader for Funds Administration

Fixed starting salary (no previous experience) EUR 1,300.-- gross per month (full time), variable compensation add on. Higher fixed starting salary possible, dependent upon previous experience.

Your role
- Operational and disciplinary leadership (together with Head of Department)
- Responsibility for quality and performance within the team as well as performance reporting
- Operational Resource planning (holidays etc.)
- Development and training of employees
- Creation, implementation and adaption of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Realisation of Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) as well as implementation of measures
- Participation in daily business, such as:
- Execution and data entry of mutual funds, investigation and price checks for mutual funds evaluation
Your profile
- Leadership skills as well as knowledge in Quality Management
- Relevant job experiences in banking back-office are advantageous
- Excellent English knowledge
- Resilient Personality
- High level of soft skills
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment
- Flexibility regarding place of work
- Presence on Slovakian holidays necessary, but on Austrian holidays mandatory holiday has to be taken
