• You will be a part of an international Shared Service Center for financial services within the Raiffeisen Group with English as company language.

Your role

• Leading a team of 8 employees and resource planning (holidays etc.)
• Monitoring and organisation of daily workload as well as monitoring of KPIs
• Development of employees
• Close cooperation with department head in Vienna
• Maintenance of working instructions (SOPs) and reporting
• Booking and handling of international outbound payment requests
• Processing of overdrawn and blocked payment orders (electronic and manual)
• Liaising with internal and external departments via email and telephone in English language

Your profile

• Leadership experience and soft kills
• Work experience in international payments processing welcome
• Organisational and communication skills
• English (advanced or intermediate level), German is welcome (not compulsory)
• PC skills: Microsoft Office – intermediate
• Service and customer orientation, analytical skills, self-motivated and a team player
• Accuracy, precision and exactness
• Flexibility and stress-resistance
