Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti

Do nášho tímu, ktorý monitoruje podozrivé tranzakcie a predchádza podvodom platobnými kartami, hľadáme nového kolegu/kolegyňu!

Tvojou náplňou práce bude:
- Uplatňovanie postupov a opatrení za účelom eliminácie podvodov na platobných kartách,
- Analýza podozrivých platieb,
- Komunikácia s kartovými spoločnosťami VISA, MasterCard, s pobočkami/kontaktnými centrami bánk RBI skupiny, kolegami z iných oddelení RPC, s inými domácimi a zahraničnými bankami,
- Správa užívateľských prístupov.

Tím funguje 24/7 na zmeny (denné, poobedné a nočné zmeny vrátane víkendov a sviatkov). Ustanovený týždenný pracovný čas zamestnanca predstavuje 36,25 hodín týždenne.

Mzdové podmienky (brutto)

1 200 EUR/mesiacminimum 1200 € + fixné príplatky dvakrát ročne + bonus príplatky za sviatky, víkendy, nočné zmeny

Thank you very much for your interest in our job vacancies and RPC. Recruitment process may vary from position, seniority, or number of applicants, but you may expect:

1) Short call with our HR where you will get basic information about RPC, team and first questions on your expectations and background
2) Suitable candidates will be invited to the interview with manager and senior professional from the team will be sometimes available as well.

We do our best to cut the process to minimum. On the other hand, we want to get to know you as much as we can, to find out whether it will work for both sides. Sometimes we use tests, reference check, or need extra meeting with you. Every candidate will receive an answer.
