Job description, responsibilities and duties

Who will be your team?
We are skilled HR professionals who are still trying to bring our job to the next level, working in the fast-moving environment. Current team consists of HR Manager, two senior HR Business Partners and senior HR Specialist who are taking care of full HR activities for 230+ employees with increasing number by end of the year.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a perfect teammate, skilled HR colleague to our HR Power Team. You should be optimistic, reliable person with attention to details (chocolate lover is a plus).

You should be the person who enjoy taking care of employees´ needs in benefits administration, you understand payroll inputs preparation and are able to communicate with our payroll specialist, admin work is what you really like. Let us introduce your agenda in RPC:
- It will be mainly administration connected with on-boarding, exit of employees and with any changes in lifecycle of employees. This "paperwork" should be followed by recording all necessary changes in SOFTIP and TULIP - our staffing and attendance systems.
- It will also be an agenda associated with the processing of documents for the payroll on a monthly basis.
- You will be our master in HR system (SOFTIP) and you will ensure it´s up to date.
- Our company provides its employees with various benefits and the administrative part associated with this area will upon you.
- You will be in very close contact with HR Business Partners and you will be administrative support for them.
- You will participate in HR projects.
- As you know, HR is also about trainings, reporting and many projects. Your ad hoc help will be welcome also in this area.

Wage (gross)

1 800 EUR/monthminimum 1800€ + fixed allowances twice a year + bonus (based on legal requirements, we state the min. salary, however final salary depends on candidate´s qualifications and level of experience & skills)
