We are looking for a new colleague, Business Analyst for the area of cards‘ issuing. Your main role as a Business Analyst is to help to other parties to understand what client needs. The key to success is communication and client satisfaction at the end.

Detailed responsibilities:

• Gathering Requirements: You'll be at the forefront of innovation, collecting both functional and non-functional requirements for new services or enhancements to existing ones.
• Business Alignment: Assessing business requirements and ensuring alignment with industry standards and methodologies, guaranteeing our solutions are top-notch and in sync with market demands.
• Creating Business Specifications: You'll have the opportunity to craft detailed business specifications, defining scenarios and use cases for even the most complex requirements.
• Presenting Solutions: From preparing indicative offers to delivering compelling presentations to our clients, you'll be a key player in showcasing our solutions to the world.
• User Documentation: Your knack for clear communication will shine as you write user-friendly documentation, making sure our clients can easily navigate and utilize our services.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and card schemes like VISA and Mastercard, you'll foster strong partnerships essential for success.
• Regulatory Compliance: Dive into the intricacies of card scheme regulations, ensuring our systems meet the highest standards and compliance requirements.

This position is for maternity leave replacement but don't let the temporary nature of the position deter you – at our company, we value talent and dedication, and we always strive to retain exceptional team members!

Wage (gross)

2 200 EUR/monthmin. 2200€ + fix allowances twice a year + bonus (based on legal we put a min. salary, but please, don´t hesitate to share your expectations. The final salary depends on candidates level of experiences and skills)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Experience in the position/sector

card processing and analytical work

Personality requirements and skills

- Analytical thinking, good communication and relationship building skills, problem solving and critical thinking, self-managing, facilitation, and coordination skills
- Good technical background/understanding, experience in requirement assessment and write-up, system specifications and workflows / visual modelling
- Knowledge in some business areas related to card processing would be preferred: authorization, clearing & settlement, card schemes certification. ATM / POS acquiring, transaction switching / routing and processing, card personalization, …
